In any event you are not 100% happy with your candle, we will happily exchange it providing it is unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items within 7 days of your order being received. Exchange is not available on candles purchased on sale. In order to successfully exchange your order, the following procedure must be followed:

  1. Email Cahaya Candles at: indicating your wish to exchange, reason and the new scent you would like to receive. Please include your original order number in this email.
  2. When returning your candle for exchange please ensure that it is in brand new condition. Candles for exchange must also be wrapped in the same way as they are wrapped when you receive them. Returns for exchange will not be accepted if damage is done to the candle due to appropriate care not being taken by the customer when returning the candle. All postage costs of returning the candle are the responsibility of the customer, however Cahaya Candles will cover the cost of sending your replacement candle to you.

We will only provide a refund of the purchase price where your product is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In this instance we ask that you contact us at: and provide a photograph of the product so that we may review it. If you simply require a replacement candle, we will ship you a new one free of charge upon review.

Cahaya Candles will endeavor to respond to all refund and exchange enquiries sent by email within 48 hours.
