How soon will my order be sent and how long will it take to arrive?
We aim to send all orders within 1-3 business days after your order is placed and you will receive an email confirmation as soon as your item has been shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive from the time of shipping.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We will happily exchange your product if you’re not 100% happy with it providing it is unused, undamaged, in original condition and you contact us within 7 days of your order being received. We only offer refunds if your product is damaged or faulty, you will need to email a photo of the damage to email@example.com. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for more information.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your candle arrives damaged you will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order along. Please attach a clear photo showing the damage so we can assess it.
Why are there surface imperfections or colour variations in my candle?
As our candles are not mass produced and are poured by hand in small batches, minor imperfections, slight variations in colour and design are not defects but the result of the handmade nature of our candles. Surface imperfections will not affect the performance of the candle and the surface should smooth out after the first burn (do burn till the wax liquefies to the very edge of the container to avoid tunnelling).
Colour variations are often due to the ingredients used in our fragrance blends. Citrus notes can often tinge wax slightly yellow and vanilla notes can tinge wax orange in parts. Again this does not affect the performance of your candle.
